• Your registration is checked against the NMC register and your state council before you can accept anything. Hospitals see a verified doctor, which is why they book from here at short notice.
• The fee is agreed before you accept. One amount for the whole window, shown on the shift, paid to you by the hospital. There is no wallet and no cut.
• You choose the hours. Day or night, one shift or a run of them. Nothing is assigned to you.
