Naukri, Indeed, Apna and LinkedIn Jobs are job sites for every profession. Rounds is built only for doctors and hospitals in India. This page sets out the difference plainly, so you can pick the right tool.
What Rounds does differently
Registration is checked. A doctor’s registration number is verified against the State Medical Council and NMC records before they can accept a shift.
Locum shifts, not only jobs. Hospitals post a shift with the date, hours and rate. You accept in one tap instead of applying and waiting.
No commission. The hospital pays the doctor directly, and Rounds never holds the money.
Free for hospitals. Hospitals and clinics post shifts and roles at no charge.
Medical only. Every listing is a role for a doctor.
When a general job site is the better choice
If you want a role outside clinical medicine, such as a corporate, pharma or teaching post, or work in another field, a general job site covers far more. Many doctors use a general site for permanent careers and Rounds for shifts around them.
Questions doctors ask
Is Rounds an alternative to Naukri, Indeed or Apna for doctors?

Do doctors pay a commission on Rounds?
No. Rounds takes no commission. The hospital pays the doctor directly at the rate agreed when the shift is accepted.
