Hospitals and clinics post shifts with the date, the hours and the rate, and post full-time roles. Verified doctors nearby see them and accept the ones they want. There is no agency in between.
Rounds takes no commission. The hospital pays the doctor directly. Hospitals use Rounds free of charge.
Every doctor is checked against their State Medical Council register and the National Medical Commission register before they can accept any work. The check is automatic and applies across India. A doctor whose registration does not verify cannot accept a shift. Details are on the Trust & safety page.
